Hi, I'm Ward De Bever - president of the newly founded Om party (already a Belgian top 5 party); former three times Minister of Finance. I'm currently not a part of the Belgian government but I would like to consider including support for eWorld Nations in our program (under construction), and including the driving idea in our mission statement. It could add understanding and lots of better refined fun to the game.

I wonder why eRepublic doesnt have a kind of UNO and why the nations here fight out wars like in times of imperialism. War is a waste of ressources and energy. Aggressive nations should be punished for their unjust wars and peace should be the normal state in our world. If not in a game like erepublic, then how in the real world? We all love the medals and military ranks, but for what do we earn them? For conquering the poor nations or for defending them against mighty aggressors?

War has become the driving idea of the game. Without it, there is no economy. That's the situation now at least, it wasn't like that always. Anyways, there can't be any peace with the current system.

It's sad that this is the admins' idea of the New World, but they aren't making enough money on peace, I guess.
Try to enjoy the game anyway, and you're bound to witness one of the frequent changes in the game rules. Let's all hope they're for the better...

The AIM party is not looking for Peace. We are looking to defend instead of conquering. There will be just as much war, I assure you.... but war for a noble cause. Smaller countries will no longer be so defenseless.
